Heritage Christian Online School (HCOS) is a K-12 Provincial Online Learning School, providing fully accredited, Christian education to students in BC. As one of Western Canada’s largest online schools, we connect teachers with families and students to provide guidance and support via personalized, online, and face-to-face options.
Heritage Christian Online School, a ministry of Kelowna Christian Center Society, has an opening for a COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS TEACHER FOR SOCIAL STUDIES, SCIENCE, PE, AND ART in our Penticton location for 2023-24. The primary role of this position is to teach Social Studies, Science, PE, and Art to students in the primary grades one day per week for face to face instruction, as well as lesson planning and student assessment.

Qualifications:
- BC Certified Teacher
- Previous years experience is an asset
- Ability to build relationships and work relationally with students, parents, coordinator and other team members
- Flexible attitude towards adapting to students and situations
